Focus Pocus
A 90 day journaling practice with a candlelit circle together each month
Spend the last 90 days reconnecting to yourself and focusing on what matters most to you.
What if we changed the way we ended the year? What if instead of arriving at January exhausted, scattered, and wondering where the time went, we spent these final 90 days focused, grounded, connected, and intentional?
Come journal with me.
Ten quiet minutes a morning. One candlelit circle each month. Nothing to schedule. Nowhere to fall behind. A little encouragement from me every Sunday. Ninety days of choosing what matters.

What if we did it differently this year?
What could happen if you focused on what really matters for the final months of 2026?
The end of the year can feel like a scramble. Wrapping things up. Preparing for the holidays. Taking care of everyone else. Trying to squeeze in everything you meant to do this year.
And suddenly we're standing on the other side wondering where the time went.
What if the final 90 days became a season of coming back to yourself? A season of noticing what's good. Releasing what you're ready to release. Listening for what your heart actually wants. And taking one small, intentional step toward it each day.
This is Focus Pocus. It's simple yet potent.
I personally love the thought of going inward each morning as the season changes and we enter the wintering time (obvy only if you're in the northern hemisphere). But it just feels timely and right to make a little space each morning (or anytime) to go within and connect with ourselves, don't you think?
I always light a candle and have a hot beverage when I do the Focus Pocus practice because for me... it makes it feel important, sacred, and ritualistic. It feels like a sacred ceremony... and guess what? It really is.
A tiny daily ritual with big energy.
Focus Pocus is my 90-day guided journaling practice. Each morning, the Daily Focus pages walk you through about ten quiet minutes:
Take three deep breaths and name what you're grateful for in this moment.
Celebrate the miracles you've manifested, what you're proud of, and one thing you love about your body.
Feel it all. Acknowledge and accept the emotions you're actually feeling right now.
Release one thought, limiting belief, or habit, and embrace a new one that causes you less stress.
Manifest. Name what you're calling in today, then visualize it for three minutes as if it's already happening.
Focus. Choose the word or affirmation that keeps your dream alive, and one inspired action to take toward it.
Then the page closes the way we'll close every morning: Now I surrender and trust. And so it is.
Where my attention goes, energy flows. What I focus on grows.
Intention setting is powerful. It's even more powerful when we do it together.
This is not one more thing on your calendar. There are no calls to make, no times to keep, nothing to fall behind on. And yet, you won't be doing this alone.
Think of it as a container: ninety days with soft edges, held by all of us at once. You practice by yourself, ten quiet minutes at your own table, inside something bigger than yourself. Women lighting the same candle on the same night, writing toward their own dreams in their own handwriting, each of us a reason the others keep going.
On the mornings you feel lit up, the circle is momentum. And on the days that don't go as planned, when everything feels extra heavy, the circle is a soft place to land: a letter waiting in your inbox, a reply line that reaches me directly, and the quiet knowledge that somewhere, someone else's candle is burning too.
And if you're wondering whether connection like this can be real without a room, or even a screen: researcher Lynne McTaggart has spent decades exploring exactly that. Her Power of Eight intention circles, small groups intending together, often from opposite corners of the world, keep pointing to the same beautiful idea: we don't need to be in the same place to be in the same field. Distance has never stopped a candle from being lit for someone.
If being held to your own intentions is what you've been missing, it lives here. Not as pressure, as company. A rhythm to return to. A reason to open the journal again tomorrow. We have one another.
Come as you are. Pajamas welcome. Tea encouraged. ✨
Four candlelight circles
On the 1st of each month, light a candle whenever that day or night allows, press play on the candlelight session I've recorded for us (a guided meditation, the month's journaling focus, my voice, quiet music), and write knowing the rest of the circle is doing the same beside their own flames. No call to join. No time to keep. As one woman's candle goes out, another's is just being lit.

Each session arrives in your inbox that morning as audio you keep forever. Afterward, email me anything you want to share; it comes straight to me.
A little letter from me, every Sunday
Thirteen letters across our ninety days. Every Sunday I'll send you something to help you stay connected to the practice: inspiration, books I'm loving, journaling prompts, what I'm learning, and stories from others doing this alongside you.
And my favorite part? You can hit reply. Your reply comes directly to me. Your intention. Something you're noticing. A question. A win. Or just one word.
I read every single reply myself.
Your $33.33 includes
You'll bring: the Focus Pocus journal ($16.99 on Amazon or your favorite indie bookstore), a pen, a candle, and 10 to 15 minutes each morning. And one more thing: a belief in limitless possibilities. Not there yet? Perfect. This is the place to experiment, test, and work out that belief muscle. You'll see. :)
And why $33.33? In numerology, repeating sequences like 3333 symbolize creativity, growth, encouragement, and alignment from spiritual guides or the universe. Consider it a little wink on your receipt.
Why I made Focus Pocus
I created Focus Pocus for myself during a very busy season of life. I was exploring meditation, mindfulness, visualization, gratitude, manifestation, all these beautiful practices, but I didn't have the time or energy to keep up with a dozen different rituals.
So I started putting them together into one simple morning practice. Ten minutes. A few pages. A little breathing. A little imagining. A little listening.
And slowly, something changed. I started noticing how much my thoughts shaped the way I moved through my days, and how different life felt when I intentionally trained my mind to look for possibility, gratitude, and good things.
Focus Pocus eventually became a published journal in 2022 that many nationwide have embraced year after year. And now I'd love to practice it with you.
Let's see what can happen in 90 days.
Questions, answered
What if I've never journaled before?
Perfect. The guided format is designed to make beginning feel less intimidating than staring at a blank page.
What if I miss a day?
Then you missed a day. There's no behind in this circle. Open the journal tomorrow and begin again.
Is there anything I have to attend live?
No. Nothing here happens at a set time. The monthly candlelight circles are recordings you play whenever your day or night allows, and the letters wait patiently in your inbox.
Is the journal included?
No. You'll purchase the Focus Pocus journal separately, on Amazon or from your favorite indie bookstore.
How much time does this really take?
10 to 15 minutes each morning, one candlelit session a month (press play, stay as long as you like), and one email a week.
What is Focus Pocus?
It's the daily morning journaling, meditation, and visualization practice I created for myself and later published as a journal in 2022.
Why 90 days?
They say it takes about 66 days, on average, to change a habit. Ninety gives us that and a little to spare: a consistent daily rhythm across the final stretch of the year, with room for the magic to settle in.
What happens after I join?
You'll receive a welcome email from me early next week (before we begin October 1) with everything you need to know. Order the journal today if you haven't already, so it's in your hands for day one.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available through October 7. After that, seats are final.
You don't have to wait for January.
You can begin now.
If you're ready to point your attention at what matters most, and let what you focus on grow, together... come join us.
